Re: Russian Parachutist Films His Final Skydive
Insulting your intelligence? I have friends in Ukraine some of which has lost family members in Russian bombings of civilian buildings. So yes, I hate Russians. Every single one of them. But I can understand that a toothless armchair warrior Brit can’t comprehend such a thing. So keep you anti-depressant induced driveling to the cooler |

I'm surprised people still talk about "filming" or "videotaping" something with digital cameras.

I'll talk to you how I please. So what you have friends there. Is this what it's all about ? that you somehow feel connected by solidarity and you want to let everyone know how virtuous you are, and that you're a bit of a tough guy. Fine. You do your histrionics, it's your party. I have good friends on both sides of the war. I guess that's why I see it from 2 perspectives. You don't, but still feel the need to blow your own trumpet about how open your eyes are, when they are in fact half closed. I'm in the WC most of the time anyway so maybe you want to pop in some time yourself ? That way you can hear my uncensored opinion on the matter. Unless you're scared, of course. |

Cave diving… Now THAT’S hilarious!!! That is one activity that doesn’t give you a second chance, cave diving. There’s SO MANY things that can go wrong it’s not even funny. I think skydiving is actually LESS dangerous!!! I would EASILY go skydiving before cave diving! |

Unfortunately, that is the nature of war. There are civilian casualties. In fact, I believe nobody knows this better than the British, from a little incident you may have heard about, it was called World War II… |

Exactly. Even if most of them fit the bill, you can’t say ‘all’. Unless when generalizing, then you can say ‘all’, if most fit the description. It’s the bell curve thing again… |

Re: Russian Parachutist Films His Final Skydive
Reminds me slightly of another video I watched yesterday but shot from an observer of a group of about 6 or 7 parachutists with rainbow parachutes getting way too close together (I could just picture someone yelling, "Hey guys! Let's do a kind of group hug! It will look so cool for the camera!") when several get tangled together and then you see one guy get disengaged from his chute plummet straight down |

Re: Russian Parachutist Films His Final Skydive
This guy forgot all the training… pretty easy to recover from that…. Had that happen in the army a couple times and I’m still here…. Seriously this guy had so long to recover it’s ridiculous…
