Andrei Tisarev, head of the aircraft engine thermal physics and gas dynamics design department at the Kuznetsov Design Bureau, was walking near a metro station in Samara when an assailant attacked him from behind, and stabbed his neck, killing him. Tisarev held a PhD in engineering and worked in creating Russian strategic missile carriers and bombers.

The assailant identified himself as a member of the previously-unknown "Budanov's Detachments", after Kyrylo Budanov, the current Head of Volodymyr Zelensky's advisory body. A representative of the Budanov Detachments assured that everyone involved in crimes against Ukraine will be identified and punished.

"All Russian crimes are documented and personalized; retribution for them will be inevitable, no matter where their perpetrators are hiding," the movement's participants emphasize.

I saw in the news today that Russia fired ballistic missiles at Ukraine and killed 5 people. 5 people. Very impressive. How much did those missiles cost I wonder? At that rate it would be cheaper and more effective to just stab the enemy to death. Like the guy in this video.

Years ago, Ukraine published the names and addresses of all the engineers who worked on rocket designs in Russia, and stated they would eventually kill them all. They published pictures of the building where they worked, some of their homes, etc, etc. These killings could go on for years, just like the killings of the Arab team that killed the Jewish wrestlers at the 1972 Olympics. They did the work and made it possible, and now they will be in danger for the rest of their short lives.
