Colombian Man, Released from Prison Four Months Earlier, Is Shot Dead
Cartagena, Bolívar, Colombia A 25-year-old man, Jefferson Y.C., known by the alias "Pancho Villa", was shot dead in broad daylight, four months after he had been released from prison. He was consuming drinks on the sidewalk when he was approached and shot. Jefferson's mother, who witnessed the attack, attempted to intervene by throwing stones at the gunmen and was wounded in her right leg. Jefferson had a lengthy criminal record, with eight judicial annotations between 2017 and 2025 for offenses including theft, drug trafficking, domestic violence, illegal possession of firearms, and homicide. He had been released in March 2026 after spending time in connection with an alleged homicide case. For now, no arrests have been made. |

He took a direct shot to the spine prior to taking a few more body shots. He murdered another person but was let out of prison.   Karma’s a bitch sometimes.  |

Interesting. Looks like they specifically DIDN'T shoot him in the head, like most sicario/related assassination vids I've seen. He was jinking around, but they (probably?) still coulda just walked right up and finished it. Maybe ordered to ensure he suffered as much as possible.
