Russian Man’s Suicide Attempt Resulted In Decapitation
In St Petersburg, a 48-year-old man, identified as a “candidate of political sciences”, committed suicide by tying a rope around his neck and jumping off a window in his apartment building. The rope, unable to take the load, cut through the man’s neck, decapitating him.
