Know this is old post..but i just read about this on an old website.

It was in Serbia, and the park was closed. There were no staff on site and yet it was "common practice" for local youths and kids to hang out there apparently. Either way, the six year old climbed over the fence, turned on the ride and tried to switch seats in mid air when he slipped and fell. The police were trying to find the witness who recorded it but i think they gave up.
