"Guy with camera: HOLD ON TIGHTER!!! Fuck his hands arent holding for shit!!!"

[Once the kid falls]

"HOLY FUCK, HOLY FUCK, CANT FUCKING BELIEVE IT, CANNOT FUCKING BELIEVE IT (In a monotone manner)"

The fucked up part about this is that they were making fun of the kid before he fell thinking that he was gonna pull himself up, what fucking bastards, there gonna regret saying all that shit and laughing -_-...
If your translation is accurate, the young men recording this were very worried for the kids safety and shocked when he fell. The wheel might only go one direction (I've never been a 'carny', I don't know). It sounds like the operator at the controls is trying to get the kid down. The speaker is angry that the operator can't turn the wheel faster to bring the kid down, and urges the kid to hold on longer. What is he going to do, climb 15 meters in five seconds and grab the kid?

I have seen kids like this in the USA and other countries. When I was at summer camp as a kid, a spoiled and very aggressive brat in my troop climbed up a tree like this and took a shit on us. A very rich, attractive and strong little bastard.
