Yes try find someone to else to blame for this. The kid's parent's shouldn't be blamed at all.

Why not blame the person who made that six meter fence? That's so small even a six year old could "hop" over.

The fucking kid died because he went somewhere and did something he wasn't supposed to do. These guys grow up to rape people don't they? Well, not this one.
