Ours is a litigious, retribution oriented society. When something goes wrong and somebody is hurt or killed, then somebody must be blamed and made to pay, either through criminal prosecution or civil action. I agree but think this is a huge problem with our society. It always relates to the problem of free will which many people have never even considered or don't have the critical thinking skills to address.

I have a rule of thumb: Never, EVER get in front of a car being driven by a woman, I do this since a female driver stopped and signaled my wife with her hand to cross the street and suddenly stepped on the gas, fortunately my wife has good reflexes and jumped out of her way, I mean, Why did she stepped on the gas while my wife was still just in front of her car, I've never known a male driver do such a thing, Youtube is full of videos of women doing stupid things while behind the steering wheel of a car, is not a sexist thing but irrefutable fact they suck at driving.
