If you look closely, you can actually see him still breathing just before their right arm swings around that post before the actual fall, still alive, hopefully unconscious from smoke inhalation... but the left arm seems to flinch a couple times as they start to lean out of the window (survival instinct), and they let go of whatever they were holding (some kind of dark colored cloth they had been using as a mask earlier in the video) at the same time. So he was cooked, and probably still conscious... such an awful situation to be in.

I thought it sounded like sobs, but they can sound very similar. But I’m still going to guess that they were upset about watching those people die. Holy cow those FLAMES!!!!!! They literally looked like they were from a huge blow torch, or from the middle of a fire storm in a forest fire! That was crazy!!! That last guy to fall was just standing there cooking.  His connective tissues had shrunk enough already that he could hardly even bend. That’s why it looks like he just fell because he’s dead, but he is definitely not. It looks to me like he’s screaming in pain just before he falls. Very sad to watch someone die who could have been saved. |

They weren't laughing. They were crying/whimpering from witnessing people kill themselves by jumping off an 8 story building to avoid burning alive inside an 8 story building on fire.

Having been burnt many, many times in my career, I would rather jump than stay and roast like that. The jumping death is instantaneous....except the fall part of course. But being cooked alive, that shits going to last a couple minutes. Loooong painful minutes at that. |
