At least the Russians tried to do something. In Asia nobody would have bothered to even stop. With that much damage (poll into center of SUV) the occupants in the rear are very likely pinned inside and dead already from the impact. You would need the jaws of life to extricate them. Nobody is going to be able to get them out with a fire burning. I doubt a small car extinguisher would have put out the fire.

Russia is a weird place. I hated it and loved it at the same time while on vacation there. Older generation was not too friendly but 30 and under were all pretty cool.

Now this could be a very effective PSA against drunk driving. Its all fun and games until you fuck up, crash and witness 4 of your friends burn alive because you decided it would be funny to drive around drunk.
