so many people stood and did nothing unbelievable..... when the car pulled up there were spectators.... at least try and pull the guy in the back out by his arm as for the extinguisher why carry something you do not know how to use that might have held the flames back long enough to rescue them..... it smacks of people not wanting to help so they can see and film people burn....
