Law enforcement officers arrived at the call, where they detained a citizen who tried to break into the hospital to visit a friend at inappropriate hours. The police loaded the man into a patrol car, but upon arrival at the department, it turned out that the detainee was not breathing.

An autopsy showed that he had a broken cervical vertebra. Now investigators are interrogating police officers, they are suspected of beating and abuse of power. A criminal case has been initiated. The investigation is complicated by the fact that there are no records from the chest and car registrars, the cameras were turned off."
