It wasn't am "explosion". It was a pressure blow out. The hose is connected air tight to the tanker to prevent a bunch of dust blowing all over the place. The hopper shoots the product in with a tremendous amount of force. There's likely a pressure release on the tanker, but if it gets blocked, then when it's full it blows the hose. And the hose is likely big, heavy, with lots of metal on the end. The hose blowing off, striking him in the face is what killed him. You notice there wasn't a fire ball, or a flash of fire? |

It is presure as you told. In the original news they make all responsability on that man, which did not check the "presure or something". I think there will not be some responsability for anyone. I also checked that ATL cargo company and they have a lot of trucks and ship all kind of staff all around the SNG countries (more of them ex soviet countries). At leas it is what that ATL says on his website which may not be updated after 24.02.2022...
