Re: Robbers V Gun Owners.
Criminals need to know that they could well get shot doing what they're doing. They're the ones making the choice and will have to face the consequences. If they die, tough shit, |

Re: Robbers V Gun Owners.
I keep my gun under my mattress not under my pillow, you could kill yourself or partner accidentally while toss and turn, or shoot your wife/gf who maybe coming from bathroom or kitchen at dark thinking that she is the robber!! well anyways!!! if you are a heavy sleeper ,by the time invaders gets to your room and your bedroom door wasn't locked ,,you won't have time to grab the gun, unsafe, cock, and shoot!! (think wise) They sell sensors for home protection in home depot ,install them to your each window and entrance door , once sensors goes off it'll trigger the ring in the main box, the box wherever your installed, i'd reccomend bedroom because your are way defenseless when you asleep. My theory is , i have to have enough time to wake up from the alarm and grab my gun to defense myself.!! my grammar sucks but hey, i don't want none of you get hurt!! |

I have an alarm too. It's called a dog and it works even if there is no power.

Re: Robbers V Gun Owners.
This makes sense; I keep my gun on my nightstand next to my bed, cocked with the safety on. I'm also a super-light sleeper. I'd also like to add that it would make sense to keep the sensor alarm box next to your bed with the volume high enough so that you can hear it, but not so loud that anyone outside of the room will. That way you can maximize the element of surprise: Mr. Burglar will think that he's being all ninja about his shit, right up until he catches one in the chest or the dome. |
