Re: Robber Shot and Killed by Pharmacist 2-19-15
He's got a valid point. It's astonishing how we've failed to noticed how violent criminals are just hungry. We should also enact strict restrictions on firearm possession by civilians. With any luck, in future scenarios like this one, the poor (hungry) criminal will be unharmed and rednecks will be dead. |

One thing to commit robbery without a weapon. But when you come in holding weapons, I too would shoot the element. That is what you get when you decide to go terrorizing and robbing people. |

Re: Robber Shot and Killed by Pharmacist 2-19-15
The would-be robber WAS a shitbag junkie. I found this about him: “Mr. Gillenwater had done some preliminary efforts to case the pharmacy,” said Miller. “He had done some search on his iPhone with respect to drugs in the pharmacy.” Gillenwater had entered a guilty plea to conspiracy to distribute OxyContin in December. The plea was deferred to allow him to enter a drug rehab program. The deferred status is designed to allow the charges to be dropped if the defendant successfully completes the course. (Also, they are not charging the pharmacist with any crime as the shooting was completely justified.) http://townhall.com/tipsheet/mattves...obber-n1960360 |
