This pharmacist took a life to save lives. If this guy is robbing a pharmacy, it's more than certain its not only for the money--but the dope as well. And when you got a guy like that, who knows how desperate he will get. The pharmacist assessed the threat and used appropriate force. Don't ding on the man for being a quicker and better shot. I think the best thing for the America would be for less people to commit robbery in the first place.

So many people have this delusional mindset. They don't want peace. They want problems, so they can go out and be heroes. If there weren't criminals to shoot at, they'd be bored, and start shooting at non-criminals like marijuana smokers.
I'd prefer to live in a place where less people feel the need to commit crimes and everyone has food to eat and a bed to sleep in and a cottage to vacation at.

I see your perspective but i also feel if every robber and criminal got instant karma and a death sentence when being a threat to the lives or well being of others, Then it would end up having the effect and situation you desire of having no robbers at all. Who wants to take a 50-50 shot at getting killed to steal $20 from the krispy kreme? If they see robbers get shot and killed everyday on the news, it will persuade them to change their ways. Thats my opinion. Obviously jail time has no effect on these people, hell its like a reunion for most of them, and they dont have to work to find food and a place to stay. If your on the streets, jail isn't a punishment, its a relief. Shit its common sense.
