That's the shoot, but that article is clearly before that douche bag decided to charge them with, "discharging a firearm inside city limits".

For obvious reasons, they went to great length to hide this, but there is a Facebook discussion and one of the guys involved with Concealed Carry insurance, I spoke to personally, (he represented 1 of the 2 shooters), confirmed the Facebook conversation.

This happened about 5 years ago. Same scenario... the good guy with gun over did it and got a one way ticket to prison.

All I can say is that last shot to the head... that is what is going to get him locked up.

Thats why i chose not to bring a gun when i drove a cab. I got robbed one time. Handed the gut a ten and cussed him out when he ran. Camera got him and he was convicted. If i shot him id be deaf and id have blood on my hands.

Good shot, dude was clearly in distress after discovering the robber had a fake weapon, and that is why he left the scene. Any competent lawyer should be able to argue that. His shots were in defense of those inside the restaurant.

In all the cab robbery videos ive seen the killer shoots the driver from behind and the driver never had a chance to react.

In my case the guy walked up outside of my cab and said he had a gun. I shoved a ten out the crack in the window. I would have had to shoot him through the door. And if he shot back i would have been co pletely exposed. And firing a gun in a vehicle with the windows up will take your hearing.

In my case i made the right decision before i even had to make it. If i kept my gun on me i probably would have used it.
