smoke a joint. Get shot. be 19 years old and get laid with a 17 year old: get shot. Frankly I'd rather have *bad* criminals have the choice to work it off. If their crime is both true and without ability to work it off, they can just work for the rest of their lives. What do you think about that? Economy wouldn't be so bad, either. They might even be happier than being in prison. Maybe they'd be proud of something. |
