It's a demonstration by one of those chinese Falun Gong groups, who stage public protests about chinese treatment of prisoners- and who at these protests act out torture demonstrations, one of which you just saw. The banner in the background shows pictures of alleged abused prisoners. They're just like Amnesty International- except Asain and really into acting. |

I'm not convinced this is real really. I know this does happen but the daft dress up, the audio includes an echo and the lack of close ups mean you cant see whats going on.
