What the fuck is up with his right eye??? It's like all buldged out... Did the bullet go through his skull, then through the brain, then towards his right eye??? Good post btw... It's not as bad as some of the others, its quite humerous... The noise is the creapiest part.. "BOOM--- Mmmf"

He could have taken that cop hostage, but maybe he felt bad about having to shoot that other cop, and didn't want to cause anymore trouble. Or maybe he's just lazy. You'll never know.
