I think the screw driver digging in the eye would of caused the most problems. I doubt he penetrated the skull, but that eye would definitely have to be removed.
Although i guess it doesn't matter since the rest of his face is fucked up too.
The abdominal wounds probably wouldn't cause a whole lot of problems. was the screw driver sharpened or was it just a regular screw driver? Once it punctured the abdominal wall, it may not of hurt any organs...maybe just stirred around his intestines some. intestines can be easily removed...and drainage tubes and antibiotics could take care of the infections.....in america atleast.

He probably would of been fucked in his country.

I haven't read this thread and I've seen this video awhile ago and that is the first and last time I'll ever see it. It probably has been said before, but what actually scares me the most is how they were laughing and totally enjoying killing this man. Horrible death.
