I remember when the people in the newsroom described it...they said after pulling the trigger, her head hit the desk and she then slumped to the floor. I thought something was said about spasms or shaking...but 1974 was a long time ago. Maybe it isn't real, but it is her, unlike the other fake video out there. I don't know...I am no expert, but my vote is that it is real. Quality is too poor to say positively. Why released now? Who knows. It could happen.

The poor quality video is the most telling piece of evidence against the "its real" crowd .

Even the poorest of news rooms were subsidiaries of larger news organizations thus always having at a bare minimum a professional quality broadcast camera with a qualified technician to run it .

Yes. I was there. I was involved in politics for many years. My son absolutely swears he can hear my voice in the video. Many things happened around the same time that year. There were jobs being sold and people were telling on other people for whatever they were doing to get out of paying their dues. It was a tragic mess. I learned a good lesson. There is no one you can trust, you can't get into a position of power without selling a piece of your soul and once you get into that position you have to keep selling your soul to keep the position or to rise higher on the political food chain. I could write a book. Many families lives were ruined.

I do not remember my exact age at the time, but I just turned 60. I believe I have aged well, however, I would really hate to put any pictures up on a website. I like to have a place I can go where nothing I say can effect me or my family.

I think you have missed my point . Of course we know that the Budd Dwyer video is real , it's very well documented with quality video and first hand observers . He was a high ranking politician and none of this was covered up or kept secret from the general public .
If the video of Christine Chubbard is real , then the original COLOR video would still be archived by the police .

I don't remember the noise. I remember everything up to when he pulled the trigger. I didn't think he was really going to do it. I thought it was just his fear of everything happening to him at the time. I didn't scream. I actually can't scream. Never have been able to. I remember the smells and the fear. I don't remember who drove me home.
