The lighting really wouldn't be all that difficult to reproduce, especially if they had all the time in the world to tweak the set. Plus this clip employs a fixed framing (the camera doesn't move), so digital editing is very much a possibility.

Assuming that's even the real Gordon Galbraith he could be mistaken or lying to protect the family - as others have done for years in trying to keep the footage concealed. As has been pointed out elsewhere, Galbraith makes at least one factual error in that post as VCRs were available at that time - they were just very expensive. Sally Quinn's report also states there were two cameramen (whether that means two cameras is unclear).

He, along with the rest of the "fake" crowd, have still failed to explain how the studio conditions could be recreated so precisely. I refer you all again to the comparitive pictures and specifically how the light falls between the readings rests.

To dismiss the entire video as hoax based on a flawed post from an unverified facebook account is irresponsible.

The lettering on the desk does not match that of the real thing. The N is in the wrong place and the H is different.

The letters appear different because of the angle and perspective of the camera shot, and the distortion of the bottom part of the tape causes the letters to look squat to me; just my opinion, since I know nothing about this stuff.

chris is the site owner and chris decided to give the video the benefit of the doubt, by adding the word "possible" before the word "hoax".
This, at least, proves that we are not a neonazi organization that decides what is right, what is wrong, and what needs to be covered-up.
In my humble opinion, this video is fake as fuck AND everything indicates so, but kudos to the people like Dan-B who have the courage to express their disapprobation of something and try to argument why; we have in common the desire to know the truth, so, much respect to him. Only time will tell who's right.
I make an average of 20+ mistakes a day when I work with telemetry data (when I'm NOT drunk and stay away from pot), so there's nothing strange about me making one or more mistakes here. Honestly, I have never thought to be a good Moderator, I was just trying to protect the reputation of the website, but at this point i give up.

Hoax or not this video is interesting in itself. I'm gonna have to search all 20 pages of replies and see if anybody knows where the audio and video came from in the first place!
