I didnt really watch all of the video, all the yammering in foreignese just irritates me but I skipped to the end and saw them dragging his lifeless corpse of the porch, hang him from a limb and carry him outa there so I think he may have been bullet resistant at best. And yeah I read all the magical amulant ring BS, I think whats sad is that the people reporting the news probably actually believes that garbage. Your talking about people with no real weapons training using an AK, shooting the ring of someones finger? OK. More like the guy was hopped up on some kinda drug and getting hit with poor placed gun shots from a scared superstitious untrained cop. Nothing more.
