Ratko Mladić. In 2017, the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) convicted Mladić on 10 charges: one of genocide, five of crimes against humanity and four of violations of the laws or customs of war. He was cleared of one count of genocide. Still, he’s a hero to many ex-Yugoslavs.  · |

Been there....That shit was not fun during the war. Went again in '99 and things had changed a lot for the better, but don't get caught in the wrong part of the RS without backup or a gun!!
