The youtube video cleared up what happened. Such a shame that he couldn't swallow his pride and let the cops handle it. If he was going to confront someone, he should have at least had his entourage with him in full force, especially "on his block".

What an asshole. It was his block! What was he doing there? Didn't that guy realize Phat Geez privately owned that entire block and maintained it, even filling in potholes where ever they appeared, all by himself?
