I'm vary familiar with N Philly area. I found the actual ring camera that captured this video. In google maps You can clearly see this door with a ring camera beside it. Plus the other row houses across the street. Too bad I'm too stupid to figure out how to post screenshots. 1217 N Taney St in Philadelphia
From the door gate it looks it's 1219.
