Ignore the free will problem. Ignore the environmental conditions that create the offenders. Ignore the fact that making people suffer does very little to prevent future crimes, and can even make people angrier and more distorted than they were before. Ignore the fact that encouraging this behaviour and supporting it also gives support to those with the mentality to go out and commit offences in the first place.

Sometimes I get nice messages thanking me for passing on information or ideas.

If you think a few pages of comments is an honors class then I'm not sure what kind of educational system you've been suffering under but it's probably not too great.

I thought psychological conditions, behavioral genetics, epigenetics, sociology, social inequality, crime and justice are all parts of reality?
