Based solely on the picture, it sure doesn't look like she's being raped. I'd wager she felt extend guilt over losing her virtue, and lied about the whole thing.

Strangely, in Sharia-compliant countries, if a woman accuses a man of rape and can't provide proof, she will be the one imprisoned.

I guess providing the picture is proof enough that something happened to compromise her Muhammadan purity.

I'm thinking this most probably happened in Indonesia (or even possibly Malaysia).

(Side comment: A minimum of two male witnesses or 4 female witnesses must be able to provide testimony to prove rape usually. The reason for 4 females is that their testimony is only worth half of a man's under Sharia. As you can probably guess, rape is not a typical issue that can be prosecuted in Muhammadan territories. That's why some Muslim leaders can claim that their countries have low instances of rape.)
