supposedly a rape, but shit happens and the sometimes it isn't the whole story, or it may have been fabricated to just fuck with the guy. anyway, i think it's a little extreme even if he did rape someone. just castrate him after he is found guilty...that'll work

That's why law, trials, prosecutors and lawyers exist: sadly, often jury verdicts are not commensurate with faults: for some crimes, imprisonment is not enough, if you ask me, to the victims or to the relatives of the victims. I'd love some hybrid system: first a trial, with prosecutor, judge, jury, lawyers and all the rest: once PROVEN guilty, leave the fucker to the raging crowd, film the scene and then upload it to YouTube BUT first, make sure that the cameraman is not affected by parkinson. |
