This girl is displaying decerebrate posturing. That means the blow to the head probably caused irruption of the brain stem through the hole for the spinal cord at the end of the skull. It is a devastating, life-ending injury. She was dead before she tipped over. The wiggling and jiggling are death throes. That was murder and it was very hard to watch.
