Eight inmates killed and two police officers injured during riots at Penitenciaría del Litoral, says SNAl

On the afternoon of Wednesday, July 21, incidents were.
Reported at the Centro de Deprivation of Liberty Center (CPL) for Men of the Guayas (Penitenciaría del Litoral), on the road to Daule.

I was on the inside once, and about a week in, one of my block mates, Luther, said to meet him in the yard later. When I got outside, I noticed him chatting with a bunch of his friends in the corner farthest away from the guard shack. I nervously stepped closer and noticed that one of the crowd, we’ll call him Juan, was in the center, holding something in his hand. Luther saw me and, after checking over his shoulder, invited me in. Turns out Juan had a slight yellowish discoloration on his scrotum. We all agreed that he should see the prison doctor when he got a chance and have it checked out. Thank goodness for friends like Luther. That’s all I’m saying.

I feel like it would be weird if that Colombian massacre footage from earlier today wasn't actually from this, and maybe just mislabelled.

It looks like the same place, but for more than anything else, I say this because I have that flashlight that I noticed they keep accidentally engaging the strobe function on in both videos--I do that all the time too, it's bullcrap.

What are the chances that both places recently supplied their police with the same finicky gear?

Riots in two prisons of Ecuador led to the killing of at least 22 people and injuring 80, authorities said Thursday.
Rival gangs of prisoners fought in two prisons in Ecuador, killing at least 22 people and injuring about 80, authorities said Thursday.

Violence broke out on Wednesday in the main prison in the city of Guayaquil as well as the Latacunga prison in central Ecuador, according to prison authorities.

Nine police officers and 70 prisoners were injured in the fighting. Police have regained control of the prisons.

Police said on Twitter that there had been an escape attempt at the Latacunga prison, but that 65 prisoners were recaptured.

Gustavo Larrea, a former interior minister, said the fighting was among crime groups linked to drug trafficking that have ‘’relative control” of the prisons and seek to control illegal operations on the outside. The prison system and efforts to combat organized crime require an overhaul, he said.

Did you know that scrotum discoloration is the #1 area of concern (south of the penis but north of the inner thigh) for young, hispanic, incarcerated men named Juan?

Cause if just Juan scrotum becomes infected (and granted that alone is Juan in a million), we could have red and yellow angry-looking sweatsticles instead of nice taco-brown testicles with elephant skin like texture. Then, other closeby grundlecharms that come in direct contact with Juan's scrotum can also become infected. Juan's condition is called having an Ecuadorian Teabag.

If you find yourself going down on just Juan of these yellow fuzzy nuggets, the chin banging part of the night's agenda is ruined. Well ruined, I tell you.

Seriously though, with regards to Juan's discolored scrotum. Just go by the old standby phrase handed down from our grandmothers. "If it's yellow, let it mellow, if its brown suck it down."
