Not sure how I feel about the dude to offering to help, in hindsight it was probably good that he didn't get involved though. Idk if he was even aware they were fighting over the gun when he asked though... if he knew, then I'm leaning towards him being a dumbass because at least the cops had vests. If they were just grappling without weapons involved and the cops were losing, then do work, I doubt the cops will refuse the help.
