I'm not allowed to respond to this with the level of ridicule and scorn called for, as it is outside the Water Cooler. If you're going to virtue signal about modernity not doing enough to coddle violent criminals, feel free to design, fund, and field-test your own army of Robocops armed with fast-drying spray foam and bubble wrap for dangerous encounters, all on the off-chance some blue-haired idiot sets off bro-rage in a rogue agent who forgets their training.
