probably private land or state park.... but why were they armed with assault rifles.... I don't see how you can justify shooting a man in the back and call it a clean shooting.... but if the guy was homeless then he is powerless and will be forgotten.... such is all societies not just USA. People can rant and rave all they want... at the end of the day it's $$$. If your family can afford a lawyer... then these cops are fucked.... if not... you hope they at least have the decency to bury you.

It wasn't a good shooting. But at least get the reason right. He was shot for resisting with a deadly weapon. He was warned. People who get themselves into these situations bare responsibility too. All these people they want us to "say their names" . Would be alive if they just didn't commit crimes, and follow orders. |

Of my writing.... nitpicking over gun types is your issue.... interesting. They ain't pistols, they aint shotguns, they ain't bolt action rifles. They look like guns out of counter strike, call of duty, and shit ton of other games in first person shooter.... |
