Re: Police Executing Unarmed Daniel Shaver
Im split between whether this murderer is trigger happy, on a power trip, or just a plain old coward. In all honesty that testimony made him seem like a coherent enough individual but there's no doubt in my mind that he had spent plenty of time rehearsing. On another note, I'm sure that his son will inevitably become aware of this milestone in his father's life. The fact that his boy may likely side with his blood causes me even more internal conflict. We have a lot of good sheriffs in our county here in Indiana. I can watch people in India get hit by trains all day (literally that shit gets old) and the numerous drug related beheadings but this is the shit that keeps me up at night. |

Re: Police Executing Unarmed Daniel Shaver
It's not a cop's job to mother you if you've had too much to drink or hit the weed a bit too hard. If you fuck up your brain of your own volition to the point where you can't follow a simple command, whatever happens to you is on you, and nobody else. Especially if you're stupid enough to start waving what looks like a firearm around. Yep, the cop fucked up, but I'm splitting the blame on this one 50:50. |

So...what was he doing in a hotel room with an (apparent) hooker? I mean, if he was such a 'family man'. |

Re: Police Executing Unarmed Daniel Shaver
He made a sudden, unauthorized and suspicious move with guns trained on him in a hair trigger Life or Death situation.

Re: Police Executing Unarmed Daniel Shaver
The cop had no good reason to make them crawl.. they were on the ground with hands out.
