I'm assuming you watched the video and understand what led to this video happening; how can one follow such orders from a cop when one drunk, anxious, fearful and confused? The cop had many chances to end the "confrontation" but he chose to drag it along. Why who knows? Sometimes cops needs realize that people aren't dogs

One can follow such orders when one understands that he has no choice. If you want to fight against the authority...do it at some other time, when you also have a weapon.

Absolutely unreal! He was allowed to be medically retired for PTSD from killing Daniel in this video AND that includes a pension for life (likely with full benefits as well). Wow, I’m just in total disbelief and disgust.
