Police in Brazil are the worst in all of Latin America. I do not believe any official information from their agencies. Temporarily living in Brazil, taught me that police kill people like there is no tomorrow. Sadly, I was more afraid of the police than the criminals.

It is a corrupt/criminal system where new recruits are turned into monsters who are then released on the streets, they are criminals who are protected behind a badge to commit heinous crimes against society, there are only two countries on this continent where a criminal is so protected by a badge:

1st place: Brazil
Runner up: The United States of America

In the rest of American countries when a cop commits a crime he will face consequences and can get high prison sentences.

In Brazil they go free, in America a cop may get a 3 year sentence for killing an innocent person, you would never see that happening on the rest of the countries in the American continent, the badge will not protect them in the same way.
