Re: Police Car Crashes and Kills Pedestrian
Some of you guys have very little knowledge about traffic laws and are unable to read and it’s concerning.

Re: Police Car Crashes and Kills Pedestrian
The cop stopped at the red light, turned his red lights on, proceeded through the intersection against the red light and then turned them off right as he was coming out if the intersection? Yep. His ass is toast. And if this is standard procedure for LAPD, the city will have fun paying that legal bill. |

Re: Police Car Crashes and Kills Pedestrian
This should be an interesting one. The cops went through a red light with their lights on; all the cars that had the green light were stopped except for the speeding gray car that hit the cops. RIP pedestrian. |

Re: Police Car Crashes and Kills Pedestrian
The cops did not have their sirens on consistently, so the driver's lawyer will go with that. Regardless, the city will pin it on the driver and say he is at fault and did not yield to an emergency vehicle. I don't think the driver was speeding. This case can go either way. I feel that the cops should face accountability here, especially since they were only blipping the sirens when it should have been consistently on given such a hefty intersection. IMO, it didn't look like they were addressing an emergency. Just my two cents.
