People that allow their kids around loaded weapons are the reason responsible gunowners will someday lose their rights to bear arms. This is an incredible example of irresponsibility.

She’s ON LIVE, meaning she was airing it & it was live. Reports say a grandmother was watching it while it aired, to make matters worse. Truly sad.

Drum magazines on pistols are not your standard recreational target shooting fare. There were plans for that gun to be involved in some nefarious shit later on that day.

Whomever owned that gun should have never let it out of his sight with children in the area.

You can clearly see her squeezing the trigger, yet the fambly makes it sound like the gun just accidentally fired itself. It magically floated up into position behind the boy's cranium and it just went off for no reason!

Based on her age and complete shock/fear, my guess was her shot she gave herself was intentional. But a very rash choice made perhaps out of fear of what she had just done by accident to her cousin. This is really sad
