Yup, looks that way. It looked to me like she didn't have contact to her head when she fired. Seemed like it was maybe a few inches or so away.

Did you think it was odd that nobody went in there to help them? They all just looked in and left. The one Woman was more concerned with the phone and the fact that they "they on live, they on live" live streamed it. If that were my family, or even if they were strangers, I would've been in there making sure they could breathe and if not I would've started CPR.

The brain can be irreparably damaged when deprived of oxygen. Even if it's just a couple minutes in some cases. But then again, bullets turning the brain to mush can certainly hamper your efforts to prevent brain damage from hypoxia.

The surprise may have been due to how loud and violent the gun's discharge was. Tiny room, closed door, you know?

The way she sort of sits up, sits still, then shoots herself in the head -- seems pretty intentional, too.

But nobody will ever know for sure.

What a waste. Those kids never asked to be born into that environment.
