My guess is that the pilot was pulling some tight maneuvers showing off to his buddies, overstressed the airframe causing a wing to detach and consequently the other. Sort of how that PIA pilot a bunch of years back snapped his rudder because of extreme pedal inputs trying to correct for wake turbulence from a heavy that departed just before them.

If you listen carefully to the video clip, the last 2 seconds before the plane hits the ground you can hear a faint blood curdling scream... which means it probably happened about 2 seconds before that given the sound travel. I can really overthink a bunch of bullshit that went on in my imagination, can't I?

Oooh those impact injuries made me cringe I posted an MRI (or CAT) scan of someone who'd been run over by a train on here years ago and the unseen internal damage was horrific. As you'd expect really! |
