Argentina, At least 4 criminals tried to steal a Peugeot 408, without knowing that its owner was a policeman. The carjackers surprised the man whom they tried to steal the vehicle. The plainclothes cop, left his vehicle to buy something at a kiosk used his gun and killed two of the criminals who fell lying on the asphalt. |

That Policeman is a regular Charles Bronson, shooting a fleeing perp in the back and dropping him at maybe 70 feet. I wonder what the law is in Argentina regarding use of force in that situation, if any. Any Argentinian LEOs want to chime in?
