Yea people wonder why they don't like the police. Nothing like protecting and serving while shooting perps in the back while running away. Not to mention leaving the scene of the killing. Dude should be fired and thrown in jail

That's the problem with many laws in Argentina though, they're set up or not updated to favour criminals being released back onto the streets to kill.

The government over there during the pandemic thought it was a good idea to release thousands of criminals back into the community...including murderers and rapists because they didn't want them catching covid 19 in prison..nothing makes sense over there.

With all that said and done, he's a good shot and someone got got, which is the whole reason I'm even here.
Now that I think about it, I just don't give a fuck.
Not excessive at all, considering the level of insecurity in Argentina where you can get murdered for your car very easily.

This happened to be a cop who could fight back with his own weapon, otherwise you'd be hearing about another innocent person going about their business when murdered and robbed by a gang of 3 or 4 people for their car.

They even have a term for these kinds of robbers "moto chorros", car thieves.

Don't bet your rent money on that. The "law" down there is often whatever a corrupted judge or politician decides it is. If he has money and/or connections, he's got nothing to worry about.

You're the only person on this thread who's well informed of how it work in Argentina, well done, and of course you're 100% right.

Corruption and impunity in Argentina is staggering.
