This is a murder charge in Texas. If your animals kill someone the owners are charged with 2nd degree murder.

I understand that biting hurts. But wouldn't adrenaline kick in and a person could do something? I believe I would pick up one dog by the head and beat in on the ground. Maybe use that dog to hit the other dogs. I don't know. Just try something besides to ball up a die.
