Pick-up Driver Runs Over 2 Motorbikes Before Ramming a Fence and Lamppost
Vietnam - At about 2:00 p.m. on November 23, at the intersection of Cach Mang Thang Tam - Ly Thuong Kiet (commonly known as the roundabout at Gate 2 of the Holy See) in Tay Ninh city, a serious traffic accident occurred causing a woman to die on the spot.

Those Vietcong really outdid themselves hurrying to check / help the wounded cyclist in the middle of the road. Only one scooter driver was motivated to drive closer, to gawk and see what he could steal from the wrecked motorbike! (he did go past the dazed recovering victim as he drove away, probably to fling an insult at the wounded person who couldn't retaliate).

Did the driver have some sort of heart attack or something that would cause him/her to drive like that. It kinda seems that something happened to the driver of the truck... |
