Re: Philly Woman Gunned Down in the Street

What have any of YOU done lately to improve the world?
I raised the seat on the shitter before I pissed.

Then I put the seat back down when I was finished.

I washed my hands and I left.

Re: Philly Woman Gunned Down in the Street

For one thing, I support Black Lives Matter. I know a lot of black people, who are pushing for better education, working on food distribution, trying to de-escalate violence in their neighborhoods, and who are pushing for neighborhood watch programs.
I've seen the black kids, this last summer, doing their school work on their laptops, OUTSIDE WHERE IT WAS 105 degrees, because inside the building they couldn't get decent reception for their laptop computers. No one was making them. They were doing it because they wanted to get an education.
I've seen enough black people shot on video to know that there are a lot of bad cops. I support the good ones, but I sure don't support ALL of them, because a lot of them are just rotten.
I support Planned Parenthood with my money.
I support a local non-profit theater with my money.
I pick up trash in the adopt-a-road program.
I work at a local food bank.
I support our local Makerspace with my time and money.
Sure, there is plenty of black crime. Just like there is plenty of white crime. Do you make the same sneering comments about the videos on here of white criminals?
I have little doubt that this woman just died, trying to make her neighborhood a better place. I'm just really tired of people completely missing what they just saw on a video. How can you be so F******* stupid?
This isn't the Water Cooler, so rant is over.
just saying "I support" doesn't mean you're actually doing anything at all. You're just saying words to make it look like you're doing something when infact your just as lazy and worthless as next person. You aren't doing shit.

Re: Philly Woman Gunned Down in the Street

Why after all these years I still bother to read the comment nothing will ever change
nothing will change because your merely spectating. if you'd like to see change start by at least letting us on to what you're meaning is? if its that people make bad jokes and dark humor on a death forum, then i dunno what ur expecting to see if you arent the one leading the topic or making one to discuss . otherwise whats the point of making passive aggressive comments? its the internet, after all who cares how other people are, and internet is a bad medium to gauge "real life" social interactions anyways... i've noticed over many years the internet is a place where alot of people get to let loose all the internal shit they hold in because of how tense society has become, so most of the "naughtiness" and spicy behavior can be summed up to an imaginary idea of yourself that you can vent things out that you certainly never would in "real life", and some people may take this idea too far and harm can be done with words and whatnot so i realize that too, but virtue signaling or sanctimonious behavior on the internet is the first sign of censorship and should be considered bad especially in these types of spaces which i why i rather just see competing ideas if you actually have one worth giving
