Re: Philly Police Shoot and Kill Knife Wielding Man
I do not agree with the last part of your comment. They say he had a mental illness and was having a mental break. Now, unless you meant or mean by saying “this man wanted to die” that he was trying to make suicide by cop his exit from this world, then that’s where I don’t agree. However, if you mean it in the since of, well what the fuck you think was gonna happen, dumb Darwin Award material and moment, then yes I whole heartedly agree, that indeed, he absolutely did, but not in a Conscience definitive precise state of mind. Yes that was the outcome and consequences of his Decision to move toward these cops with guns drawn. It could’ve been anyone with guns drawn, and he would’ve still done the same thing. A martyr? Nah, he was much too out of his mind to even consider that Level of consequence. In my mind he is jus another statistic. It sucks his family and neighbors had to see the whole thing but mostly him get shot and die. Nah, this doesn’t fit into the blm category, but then again, neither does any of the last few or every other few shootings that have occurred. Nor the goddamn protesting/looting people claim is for the movement, but that’s jus a bunch of movement and is not fair to the memory of the actual victims of some piggies who can’t keep their gun in its holster and or knee out of the necks of drug addicts who stopped fighting about say I don’t know, like 8 mins and 40 secs prior, to being suffocated and eventually dying from blatant and jus fucked up unauthorized police conduct. There are more that fit that category but plenty that don’t. Those are the ones that seem to overshadow the bigger picture, as does the looting protesting and vandalism. I am black and I stand with the actual main message that blm was getting and at first DID get across. I however do not agree with the subsequent shit that has followed thus pretty much tainting it for now and years to come. I do not agree with defending assholes who want to reach for weapons and then get what’s obviously coming and then get mad when the outcome is not ideal. This fucks do not understand the violence, vandalism, and theft, only leaves an even bigger target on us and makes my next stop an even scarier one and they are always scary, and I always ALWAYS fuckin cooperate and comply, but never fails, almost always am treated bad. Nonetheless, I’ve taken heed and know that it’s pretty much a losing battle. It didn’t take gettin a uti from wiping back to front either. I never did that But my mom told and showed me once how to do it and what could happen if done wrong. I learned |

Re: Philly Police Shoot and Kill Knife Wielding Man
I'm waiting for the video where a scenario like this pops up, and the police just get into their car and leave. You don't want to follow commands, but down the weapon? Fuck it, we're out. Why try to protect the crowd who is now screaming at the cops.

Hey everybody, a guy chased down cops with a knife and got shot. That means we can destroy businesses and steal!

Re: Philly Police Shoot and Kill Knife Wielding Man
You have some very valid points and I can see where you are coming from. I can agree with you on almost every one of them...almost. Without going into the details of every point you challenged, I simply don't care enough about the whole thing and it's not worth the effort. The one thing I want to say in rebuttal is this... How would the cops ever know that this man had a preexisting mental illness? I also don't know where you got that info because I didn't read that comment to the cops prior to the shooting. I also don't think you are arriving to my conclusion on the matter, and that's fine too. My point being this was not a racially motivated shooting nor police brutality. Because of that, nobody should classify the homicide as such, and it should not be considered as a riot evoking death. Regardless of how we see the events unfold and try to comprehend, this should NOT be classified as a BLM racial injustice event. THAT is my point plain and simple. You create a very solid debate with several valid points, but all I was trying to say initially, this event should in no way be looked upon as a racial injustice and therefore it does not fall into a BLM situation.

There are to many black females raising boys on there own.. Females are way to emotional to teach boys how to b men and use self control. And street cred is not how many people u kill or steal from but owning your own home.. Just sayin.
