your question is a loaded fallacy... that's not what took place... the police were conducting an investigation and while they were doing so a suspect with a gun resisted and maybe did additional things like reached for his or their gun, or just didn't comply while they knew he was armed, but that's besides the point that he was armed and also resisting detainment / arrest, so i don't see how that equates to your oversimplification (at best), but sure has the smell of someone intentionally manipulating the subject to fit their argument. If what you said was to have taken place (which it clearly did not), who wouldn't have a problem with that?
