Police said the construction worker was facing complaints of violating Republic Act 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act and Article 155 (alarm and scandals) and Article 285 (other light threats) of the Revised Penal Code, and for physical injury.

He should have asked to have his case moved to a higher court... the third floor just wasn't high enough.
